Since founding United Financial Services, Lewis Martin has striven to make UFS the premier company for real estate backed commercial loans. Lewis works primarily with owner occupied commercial property owners. He is also responsible for firm management and recruiting.
Lewis’ professional career began over 30 years ago in the banking industry. Since that time he has gained more than 10 year’s mortgage lending experience. In addition to his industry experience, he has owned and operated a consulting practice which provided professional advisory services to large private and public sector clients. Lewis employs a consultative approach to every lending situation. It is designed to help clients identify and secure loan products which best meets their particular needs.
Lewis Martin is a graduate of the University of California Berkeley – School of Business. He also holds the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) designation issued by the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA). He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and author of “How to Successfully Buy a Profitable Business”,
In addition to his duties here at UFS, Lewis is founding principal of United Financial, LLC – a business valuation and appraisal company. He’s an avid sports fan, jazz enthusiast, and audiophile.
