After-Repair Value Loans

Purchase and rehab of non-owner occupied properties on a short-term basis.

Do you need funding for your next fix-and-flip project?

United Financial Services’ ARV Loan Program allows you to borrow up to 90% of the purchase price plus 100% of renovation costs, but not more than 75% of the after-repair value. Furthermore, you only pay interest on your existing debt, not the rehab holdback, so you don’t have to pay for funds you don’t use.
